HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患儿干扰素α治疗效果预测因素分析 被引量：5

Analysis of prognostic factors in therapeutic effect to interferon alpha in children with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B

摘要 慢性乙型肝炎患儿在使用干扰素α治疗初始阶段,可以通过患儿基线HBsAg水平、基线HBVDNA载量来预测治疗效果,基线HBsAg水平低、基线HBVDNA载量低的患儿发生应答的概率更高,为指导临床用药提供实验依据,保证患儿得到合理有效的治疗,节约治疗费用。
