摘要 随着我国汽车产业自主研发能力的不断提高,对汽车性能、寿命等方面的要求越来越高,汽车在高温、高原和高寒环境下的性能表现已经成为汽车的一个基本性能。本文主要针对在整车研发过程中高温性能测试场地的建设需求进行研究。通过对国内主要整车企业调研发现,大部分乘用车企业在产品研发过程中都要进行高温环境下测试,但我国目前没有一个第三方的干热环境下的汽车测试场。基于普通综合试验场建设能力的基础上,本文最终提出一种高温试验场基础规划方案。 With the continuous improvement of the independent research and development capabilities of the automotive industry in China, the requirements for automotive performance and life expectancy are getting higher and higher, and the performance of the automobile under high temperature, high altitude and high-cold environment is taken as a basic performance of the automobile. This article mainly focuses on the construction requirements of the high-temperature performance test proving ground during the vehicle R&D process. Through research on major domestic vehicle companies, it has been found that most passenger vehicle companies are required to conduct high-temperature testing during product development. However, there is currently no third-party vehicle testing site in dry heat environment. Based on the construction capacity of an ordinary comprehensive test proving ground, this paper finally proposes a basic planning scheme for a high temperature test field.
