摘要 采用固相萃取净化-超高效液相色谱法测定硫化胶中的促进剂含量,并用外标法进行定量。结果表明:促进剂TBBS,CBS和DCBS的质量浓度分别为0. 1~0. 3,0. 2~0. 5和0. 5~1 mg·L-1时,相关因数分别为0. 999 5,0. 999 5和0. 999 8,相对标准偏差为0. 033%~0. 214%,定量限分别为0. 05,0. 1和0. 12 g·kg-1,检出限分别为0. 008,0. 020和0. 004 mg·L-1;回收率均大于98%。该方法测定时间短、精密度高、重复性好。 The content of accelerator in vulcanizate was determined by solid phase extraction and purification-ultra performance liquid chromatography method,which was quantified by the external standard method. The results showed that,when the mass concentrations of accelerator TBBS,accelerator CBS and accelerator DCBS were in the range of 0.1- 0.3,0.2 -0.5 and 0.5 -1 mg·L^-1,respectively,the correlation factors were 0.999 5,0.999 5 and 0.999 8,respectively,the relative standard deviations were 0.033%~0.214%,the limits of quantification were respectively 0. 05,0.1 and 0.12 g·kg^-1,the detection limits were respectively 0.008,0.020 and 0.004 mg·L^-1,and the recovery rates were all more than 98%. The method had short testing time,high precision and good repeatability.
