摘要
以病例为中心的绩效管理在医院内部的操作实施路径主要包括基础情况摸底,定岗位、定级别和定价值,构建综合绩效评价体系三个部分。病例绩效管理落地难点在于医院内部管理基础,医院内部绩效薪酬管理不仅仅是核定和发放医务人员奖金。构建符合医疗行业特征的绩效薪酬制度,应以病例为对象,考核应向医护人员为病例付出的专业技术价值倾斜。
The implementation path of case centered performance management in hospitals mainly included basic situation of fixed position, fixed grade and fixed value, which constructed the elements of comprehensive performance evaluation system. The difficulty of landing was the foundation of hospital internal management. The hospital internal performance salary management not only defined and provided bonus on the medical staffs. To construct performance salary system according to the characteristics of medical industry, taking the medical record as the object, the appraisal should be tilted to professional and technical value.
