The distribution of Cd in subcellular under different wheat growth stages

摘要 小麦是毒性实验常用的标准物种之一,研究Cd在小麦不同亚细胞结构的分布以及解毒机制具有重要意义.通过系统的田间小区控制试验培养供试样本,差速离心法分离亚细胞结构,研究Cd在不同生育期的小麦根和叶细胞中的分布,并在亚细胞水平揭示小麦细胞中Cd的分布规律.结果表明:除了拔节一孕穗期Cd的主要富集器官是叶之外,Cd在小麦不同时期的主要富集器官是根.在亚细胞水平,Cd的富集位点以富集量大小依次是细胞质溶液>细胞壁>细胞器.在同一重金属处理水平下,随着小麦生长时间的延长,Cd在根细胞中的含量表现出先降低后增加的现象,在叶细胞中的含量是先增加后降低的现象.上述结果可为进一步研究Cd对小麦的胁迫机制提供理论基础. Wheat is one of the standard species commonly used in toxicity experiments.It has great significance in studying the distribution and detoxification mechanism of Cd in different subcellular structures of wheat.The wheat was cultivated in a systematic field plot control experiment,and the subcellular structure was separated by differential centrifugation.The distribution characteristic of Cd in wheat roots and leaf cells at different growth stages was studied.In addition,the distribution characteristic of Cd at the subcellular level in wheat cells was researched.The results showed that the main enrichment of organs of Cd in wheat was root,but the main enrichment organ of Cd in jointing -booting stage was leaves.At the subeellular level,the enrichment position of Cd was followed by cytoplasm solution >ceil wall >organelle.At the same level of the heavy metal treating,with the wheat growing at different stages the content of Cd in the root cells decreased firstly then increased,but the content concentration of Cd in leaf cells increased firstly and then decreased.The above results provide a theoretical basis for further study on the stress mechanism of Cd on wheat.
