摘要
目前,空调钣金零件的连接加工大部分采用电阻点焊工艺,存在作业环境差、产品不美观、能耗高、难以实现自动化等缺点,无法满足现代化工厂的发展要求。TOX铆接工艺采用机械挤压原理实现板材流动,形成铆点,从而实现板材的可靠连接,不仅可以改善作业环境,而且具有质量稳定性好、能耗低、效率高、可实现自动化等优点。介绍了TOX铆接工艺及其在空调钣金零件加工中的应用,并通过试验确认效果良好。
At present, most of the joint processing of sheet metal parts in air conditioner adopts the resistance spot welding process, which has the disadvantages of poor working environment, unattractive product, high energy consumption, and difficulty in automation, and cannot meet the development requirements of modern factories. The TOX riveting process uses the principle of mechanical extrusion to realize the flow of the sheet and form the riveting point, thus the reliable connection of the sheet could be achieved, which not only can improve the working environment, but also has the advantages of even quality, low energy consumption, high efficiency and realizable automation. The TOX riveting process and its application in the processing of sheet metal parts in air conditioner were introduced, and the performances were confirmed by experiments.
