摘要
针对机站通风方式下出口局部阻力过大的问题,理论分析了出口局部阻力的主要影响因素,得出在风机出口处安装扩散器可有效降低局部阻力、提高风机效率的结论。通过相似模拟实验,确定扩散器的最优结构参数是:扩散器长度为2倍风机直径,扩张角16°。
In view of the problem of excessive local resistance at the ventilation outlet of machine station,the main influencing factors of local resistance at the outlet were analyzed theoretically,and the conclusion was drawn that the installation of fan diffuser at the outlet could effectively reduce local resistance and improve the efficiency of the fan.By similarity simulation experiment,the optimal structure parameters of diffuser were that the length of diffuser was 2 times of the fan diameter,and divergence angle was 16°.
