摘要
直流电弧故障是光伏系统中电气火灾事故的重要诱因。分析了直流电弧故障的发生机理及故障特征,综述了当前电弧故障检测方法及相关检测标准。指出了现有电弧故障检测方法依靠故障电弧电压、电流时频域特征来实现存在的不足,主要是受来自逆变器高频噪声以及电网谐波的干扰,容易引起保护误动作。最后,展望了电弧故障检测技术发展方向,包括电弧故障多源信息融合技术与自适应保护、电弧故障定位等。
DC arc fault is an important cause of electrical fire accidents in photovoltaic systems. This paper analyzed the mechanism and fault characteristics of DC arc faults,summarized the current arc fault detection methods and related detection standards. The existing arc fault detection methods mainly rely on the time-frequency domain characteristics of arc voltage and current. Besides,this paper pointed out the deficiency of the current arc fault detection methods,that is mainly due to high frequency noise from the inverter and the harmonics of the power grid,easily leading to protection malfunction. Finally,the development direction of arc fault detection technology was prospected,including arc fault multi-source information fusion technology,adaptive protection and arc fault location and so on.
