摘要 目的探讨(HAb18G)表达与非小细胞肺癌的病理特征、转移及预后的关系。方法采用回顾性方法对86例非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料进行分析,用免疫组织化学SP法检测HAb18G表达水平,分析HAb18G表达与非小细胞肺癌的关系。结果鳞癌、大细胞癌、腺癌的HAb18G表达水平经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。HAb18G表达水平与肿瘤最大直径、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关,其差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者中HAb18G表达与其病理特征、转移及预后有一定关系,可作为疾病发生发展的重要参考指标。 Objective To explore the relationship between hepatocyte membrane surface related antigen( HAb18 G) expression and pathological features,metastasis and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted,the clinical data of 86 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated. The expression level of HAb18 G was detected by immunohistochemical SP method,and the relationship between HAb18 G expression and non small cell lung cancer was analyzed. Results The expression level of HAb18 G in squamous cell carcinoma,large cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma was statistically analyzed,and there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05). The level of HAb18 G expression was correlated with maximum diameter of tumor,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of HAb18 G in non-small cell lung cancer patients is related to their pathological features,metastasis and prognosis. It can be used as an important reference index for the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer.
