摘要
在有限理性基础上,通过构建演化博弈模型,对产学研低碳技术协同创新的演化博弈策略进行分析,最终得到6种情况下的演化稳定策略。分析各个因素对产学研达成低碳技术协同创新的影响,结果表明,违约金、协同收益、政府补助、碳排放量差值和碳排放税对协同创新有正向促进作用;研发成本和知识溢出效应对协同创新有反向抑制作用;成本分摊比例和收益分配比例的影响是非单向的。最后根据研究结果对促进产学研低碳技术创新提出相应措施及建议。
Based on the finite rationality,this paper analyzes the evolution game strategy by constructing an evolutionary game model,and finally obtains six evolutionary stability strategies. Next,it analyzes influences of various factors on the industry-university-research cooperative innovation of low-carbon technology. The results show that the liquidated damages,cooperative benefits,government subsidies,carbon emission margin and the carbon tax have a positive effect on collaborative innovation,while R & D costs and knowledge spillover effect exert a negative impact on collaborative innovation.Moreover,the effect of cost-sharing ratio and income distribution ratio is non-unidirectional. Finally,according to the research results,corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward to promote the industry-university-research cooperative innovation of low-carbon technology.
