摘要
研发出一种人造板用新型无醛添加生物质胶黏剂。结果表明,当无醛生物质胶黏剂中改性剂与脱脂豆粕粉/淀粉的质量比控制在1:(8.75~9.50),在涂胶量360 g/m^2、冷压时间40 min、热压温度120℃、热压时间66 s/mm、热压压力0.9 MPa的参数条件下可生产出品质优异的胶合板;在涂胶量为杨木芯板(单面)190 g/m^2+桃花心木表板(单面)180 g/m^2、冷压时间40 min、热压温度120℃、热压时间39 s/mm、热压压力0.8 MPa的参数条件下可生产合格的细木工板。产品各项物理力学性能分别符合GB/T9846—2015《普通胶合板》和GB/T 5849—2016《细木工板》要求。
The aim of this study was to develop a novel and formaldehyde-free bio-adhesive for wood-based panels. The results showed that the parameters of the mass ratio of modifier to defatted soybean meal/starch, glue amount, cold pressing time, hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time and pressure were 1: (8.75-9.50), 360 g/m^2, 40 min, 120℃, 66 s/mm, and 0.9 MPa respectively, in formaldehyde-free bio-adhesive, producing the high quality plywood Likewise, the qualified blockboard was produced with 190 g/m2 wood core layer (one side) + 180 g/m^2 surface layer (one side) of the glue amount, 40 min of the cold pressing time, 120℃ of the hot pressing temperature, 39 s/mm of the hot pressing time, and 0.8 MPa of the hot pressing pressm*e. Ite physical and mechanical properties me^ requirements of GB/T 9846-2015 Ordinary Plywood and GB/T 5849-2006 Blockboard.
