摘要
初步探索并建立了以碘甲烷为底物利用GC/MS评价亲核反应型消毒剂亲核能力的方法,通过气相色谱-质谱法测定剩余的碘甲烷含量,作图法确定反应动力学级数,根据反应速率常数评价亲核性能,利用此法对比消毒剂中溶剂或络合剂的加入对亲核活性成分亲核性能的影响,为下一步新型消毒剂的研究、亲核反应型消毒剂亲核性能的评价提供了参考。
A method for evaluating the nucleophilicity of nucleophilic disinfectants was established by using GC/MS to detect the residual methyl and using the plotting method to determine the reaction kinetic order.Then the nucleophilicity could be evaluated according to the reaction rate constants.This method provided a way to compare the influence of additives on the nucleophilicity of active components in disinfectant.It was a reference for the study of the new type of disinfectant and the evaluation of the nucleophilicity of nucleophilic disinfectants.
