摘要
目的应用磁共振脂肪定量扫描技术评估绝经后妇女腰椎骨质疏松程度与DXA的相关性。方法收集绝经后妇女67例行腰椎磁共振脂肪定量扫描检查,测量L1~L4椎体(共268个椎体)脂肪含量。按照腰椎DXA检查结果分为骨量正常组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组。比较不同组间脂肪含量差异及骨密度值与脂肪含量的相关性。结果骨量正常组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组分别对应的椎体脂肪分数(FF)为(48.73±12.79)%、(64.22±11.59)%、(73.62±7.85)%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DXA所测量的骨密度和mDIXON-Quant测得的腰椎脂肪含量呈中度负相关。结论磁共振脂肪定量扫描技术能定量测量绝经后妇女腰椎椎体脂肪含量,可间接评估骨质疏松程度;与DXA的结果具有相关性。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between the degree of lumbar osteoporosis and DXA in postmenopausal women by m DIXON-Quant MR technology.Methods 67 patients after menopause were recruited and underwent the m DIXON-Quant MR imaging.Then,the fat content was measured in L1 to L4 vertebra(268 vertebra in total).The patients were divided into three groups(normal bone mass,low bone mass and high bone mass)according to the DXA results.The differences between fat content were compared,and the correlation between fat content and bone density were computed.Results The fat fraction(FF)in normal bone mass,low bone mass and high bone mass was 48.73% ± 12.79%,64.22% ± 11.59% and 73.62% ± 7.85%,respectively,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).There were significant differences between normal bone mass and low bone mass,normal bone mass and osteoporosis,low bone mass and osteoporosis(P<0.05).Moderate negative correlation was found in bone density(scanned by DXA)and fat content of marrow in vertebra(imaged by m DIXON-Quant MR technology).Conclusion The m DIXON-Quant MR technology can determine the amount of fat in the lumber spine of postmenopausal women and indirectly assess the degree of osteoporosis,which is correlated with the results of DXA.
