舒筋外洗颗粒结合康复训练对肩袖修复术后患者肩关节功能的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的:探讨舒筋外洗颗粒熏洗结合康复训练对关节镜下肩袖修复术后患者肩关节功能的影响。方法:将60例肩袖损伤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。两组患者均接受常规关节镜手术治疗,对照组患者术后采用常规康复治疗,治疗组患者术后采用常规康复治疗结合舒筋外洗颗粒熏洗,比较两组患者手术前后的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、关节活动度(PORM)、美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校评分(UCLA)及临床疗效。结果:治疗组优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术前及术后2周的VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3、6个月治疗组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后第6个月治疗组患者UCLA评分和关节活动度评定结果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋外洗颗粒熏洗结合康复训练的方法,可明显减轻关节镜下肩袖修补术后关节粘连及疼痛,提高肩关节活动功能。 Objective: To study the clinical effect of Shujin Waixi Keli combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Methods: A total of 60 patients with rotator cuff injury were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 30 cases in each group. Patients were given underwent conventional arthroscopic surgery in both two groups. The patients were given routine postoperative rehabilitation in control group, and Shujin Waixi Keli combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment group. The visual analogue pain score(VAS), the range of motion(PROM), the UCLA score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment group showed higher excellent rate than the control group significantly(P<0.05). There was no significant difference on VAS score between the two groups before and two week after surgery(P >0.05). The treatment group showed lower than VAS score control group at 3rd and 6th months after surgery(P <0.05). The treatment group showed higher better UCLA score and PROM assessment than control group at the 6th month postoperatively(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shujin Waixi Keli combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair is effective in the treatment of arthroscopic adhesions and pain after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. It can relieve pain and improve the function of shoulder joint.
