摘要
目的对泰州市2008—2016疟疾监测数据进行分析,探讨适合本地区消除疟疾达标后的监测方案。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2008—2016年泰州市网络报告的疟疾病例信息、发热病人血检、疟疾专报系统中个案调查表、临床医生对疟疾诊治知识掌握水平、检验人员疟原虫镜检技能考核等数据进行统计分析。结果 2008—2016年泰州市共报告疟疾病例295例,其中间日疟42例,恶性疟214例,三日疟6例,卵形疟32例,间日疟和恶性疟混合感染1例。295例疟疾病例中实验室确诊病例272例,临床诊断病例23例。从2011年起,除1例输血感染外,其余233例疟疾病例均为境外感染的输入病例。泰州市2008—2016年共血检发热病人278 943人次,血检阳性数为272例,血检阳性率为0.098%。泰州市最后1例本地感染疟疾病例为2010年。疟疾知识平均分18.7分(15~20分),镜检平均分19.1分(12~20分)。结论泰州市已通过消除疟疾达标考核,风险主要来自输入性病例,今后应继续做好输入性疟疾的防控和监测工作,加强人员培训,巩固已取得的消除疟疾成果。
Objective Surveillance data on malaria from Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province 2008-2016 were analyzed toexplore possible malaria monitoring scheme after reaching elimination standard. Methods Descriptive method was used toanalyze data of reported malaria cases, fever patients, knowledge on malaria of clinic doctors, the results of ability examinationon malaria with microscope in Taizhou City, 2008-2016. Results A total of 295 malaria cases were reported from 2008 to2016, among which vivax malaria, falciparum malaria, quartan malaria, ovale malaria were 42, 214, 6, 32 cases, respectively.One case was suffered from vivax malaria and falciparum malaria. And 272(92.2%) cases were lab confirmed, other 23(7.8%)were clinic cases. And 233 cases, except for one case of transfusion infection, were inputted during 2011-2016. A total of 278943 patients with fever had blood test in Taizhou, 2008-2016, 272(0.098%) persons were positive, and the latest local case wasreported in 2010 with lab evidence. Average score of malaria common knowledge was 18.7(15-20) and that of finding outmalaria ability with microscope was 19.1(12-20). Conclusion Taizhou City has passed the elimination standard of malaria,the main risk comes from input cases. Surveillance scheme should focus on persons having visited epidemic area and becontinued, strengthening employee training to stabilize the results of malaria elimination in the future.
