摘要 对柱形工件外表面凹槽进行激光熔覆加工,为了提高生产效率、节省工时,将人从简单重复的体力劳动中解放出来,设计了一套全自动激光熔覆机,以S7-1200PLC为主控单元,选用伺服进给系统实现对激光器的精度定位,选用伺服旋转机构实现工件熔覆轨迹的精确控制,选择气压传动系统实现工件搬运、夹紧、转位等控制,实现了从待加工工件到工件加工完成全过程的自动控制。该系统设计方案合理、设备成本低、稳定性好、控制精度高、效率高,具有推广价值。 For coating the groove on the outer surface of cylindrical workpiece by using Laser cladding,in order to enhance the productivity and reduce labor,a control system for laser cladding machine was designed.It takes S7-1200 as the control core,and servo system is used as the actuator for controlling opposition of workpiece accurately and servo rotating system is used as the actuator for controlling movement path of laser cladding precisely,and pneumatic system is used for feeding and blanking which can move,clamp and transpose workpiece,It can achieve automatic control.Practice shows that this production line is of reasonable design scheme,low cost,good stability,high efficiency and etc.,which has certain promotion value.
