摘要
当前中巴经济走廊已经启动能源、交通基础设施、产业合作和瓜达尔港建设等项目,形成"1+4"的合作布局,是"一带一路"倡议下的六条经济走廊之一,对于促进地区互联互通意义重大。基于此,笔者从地缘的角度分析中巴经济走廊建设意义和具备的优势、劣势和面临的机遇、挑战;阐述中巴经济走廊合作项目的实施进展;最后从中巴两国交流与互访、融资、人才储备、环保、维护地区安全和国际合作等角度,提出促进中巴经济走廊持续向前发展的推进路径。
The starting point of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is Kashi,Xinjiang,China,and the end point is located in Gwadar Port of Pakistan,which is the gateway to the Arabia Sea. At present,a number of projects of energy cooperation,transportation infrastructure cooperation, industrial cooperation and the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has already started,and the industrial cooperation layout of " 1 + 4" has been formed.This paper analyzes the regional value and significance of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor from the perspective of geopolitics,analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor,and expounds the progress made in the construction of the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor from the perspective of communication between China and Pakistan,capital technology,environmental protection,maintenance regional security and international cooperation.
