摘要 目的:为了培养中医院校本科生的针灸临床实践创新能力,把科研成果导入案例式教学,提高教学质量,使教学内容与社会需求接轨。方法:以延边大学中医学院2010~2011级中医学专业74名在校学生为研究对象,按年级分组。对照组施以灌输式教学模式,实验组施以案例式教学模式,通过教学实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法观察教学效果。结果:问卷调查结果,提高学习兴趣、促进创新自主学习能力,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);期末考试成绩比较,实验组的平均成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:科研成果导入案例式教学,有利于提高中医院校本科教学效果。 Objective:In order to foster student’s ability of bringing forth new ideas in acupuncture clinical practice,studying achievements should be diverted into case-style teaching so that its quality and contents are improved to satisfy social needs. Methods:74 students(2010 and 2011)of Chinese Traditional Medicine College of Yanbian University are divided into two groups,contrasting and experimental groups,in according with grade. The former is executed with irrigating teaching and the latter with case-style teaching.Teaching effectiveness are compared between the two groups by teaching experimental way,question=and-answer examination paper and mathematical statistics. Through sorting out question-and-answer paper,it appears that experimental group has more studying interests than contrasting one(P<0.05);of average terminal examination marks,experimental group is higher than contrasting one(P<0.01). Conclusion:It helps improve teaching effectiveness that studying achievements are used to case-and-style teaching.
