摘要
采用索氏提取法清洗碳纤维表面的浆料涂层,并在纤维表面吸附热剥离石墨烯,然后采用树脂传递模塑工艺制备石墨烯增强碳纤维环氧树脂多尺度复合材料。测试碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料掺杂石墨烯前后的界面剪切强度,分析石墨烯的加入对复合材料界面性能的影响。结果表明,加入石墨烯后,碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料的界面性能显著提高,当石墨烯的质量分数为0.5%时,复合材料的剪切强度为83.04 MPa,比未加入石墨烯时提升了21.5%。
The slurry coating on the carbon fiber surface was cleaned by soxhlet extraction method,and the hot peeling graphene sheets were adsorbed on the fiber surface.Then the graphene reinforced carbon fiber and epoxy resin multi-scale composite was prepared by resin transfer molding process.The interlaminar shear strength of carbon fiber and epoxy resin composites before and after applying graphene were measured,and the influences of the introduction of graphene on the interface properties were analyzed.The results show that the interface properties of carbon fiber and epoxy resin composites are significantly improved after adding graphene.When the mass fraction of graphene is 0.5%,the interlaminar shear strength of the composites is 83.04 MPa,which is 21.5% higher than that of no-adding graphene.
