摘要
以行星传动系统的瞬态动力学模型为基础,采用LS-DYNA进行瞬态动力学分析,分别在功率最大和转矩最大工况下提取出传动系统的接触面载荷,研究行星传动系统轴承和箱体接触面的载荷特性。结果表明:最大应力和最大加速度均在行星传动系统与箱体连接区域附近产生;转矩最大时的激励载荷主要来源于输入轴转动和第一级齿轮啮合时所产生的冲击;功率最大时的激励载荷主要来源于输入轴转动时所产生的冲击。
LS-DYNA was applied to analyze the transient dynamics of the planetary transmission system based on the established transient dynamic model. The load on contact surface of the transmission system was separately extracted in maximum power and maximum torque mode, and the load characteristics of the contact surface between the bearing and the gearbox case of the planetary transmission system were studied. The results showed: both the maximum stress and the maximum acceleration occurred near the connection area between the planetary transmission system and the gearbox case;the exciting load in the maximum torque mode mainly came from the impact due to the input shaft rotation and the first gear meshing;the exciting load in the maximum power mode mainly came from the impact due to the input shaft rotation.
