摘要
目的 :分析护士心理授权状况以及团体心理辅导对其心理授权状况的影响。方法 :2018年1-3月,选取本院护士40名作为研究对象,通过中文版Spreitzer心理授权量表以及自设的一般资料调查表进行调查,并采用团体心理辅导干预进行心理辅导,比较干预前及干预6周后护士心理授权量表评分。结果 :团体心理辅导干预后,护士的Spreitzer心理授权量表的工作影响、自主性、自我效能、工作意义评分以及总分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :本院护士心理授权水平有待提高,通过团体心理辅导可以显著提高护士的心理授权状况,有助于建设稳定的护理队伍。
Objective: To analyze the psychological empowerment status of nurses, and the influence of group psychological counseling on them. Methods: From January to March 2018, 40 nurses in our hospital were surveyed with the Chinese version Spreitzer psychological empowerment scale and self designed general information questionnaire. Group counseling was used for psychological counseling. The scores of psychological empowerment scale were compared before and after 6-week intervention. Results: After intervention, the scores of the psychological empowerment scale were significantly improved in terms of work influence, autonomy, self-efficacy, job meaning and the total score(P<0.05). Conclusion: The psychological empowerment status of nurses in our hospital need to be improved. Group counseling can significantly improve nurses’ psychological empowerment and help to build a stable nursing team.
