赖氨酸氧化酶与肾间质纤维化的关系研究进展 被引量:3

Relationship between lysine oxidase and renal interstitial fibrosis

摘要 肾间质纤维化是各种慢性肾脏疾病发展为终末期肾病的共同病理特征,表现为细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)增多且发生过度交联。赖氨酸氧化酶是促进ECM交联的关键酶,在肾间质纤维化过程中发挥重要作用。本文就赖氨酸氧化酶与肾间质纤维化关系的研究进展作一综述。 Renal interstitial fibrosis is a common pathway for the development of chronic renal diseases to end-stage renal disease,demonstrated by increased ECM and excessive cross-linking.Lysine oxidase is a key enzyme to promote ECM cross-linking and plays an important role in renal interstitial fibrosis.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between lysine oxidase and renal interstitial fibrosis.
