摘要 中国进入后工业化时代,要求制造业向创新驱动转变,培育若干世界先进制造业集群,向全球价值链中高端升级。当前,我国正值优化经济结构、转换增长动力的攻坚期,要立足人工智能与制造业融合,创新引领建立产业集群、加快发展方式转变、培育先进制造业,形成经济发展新动力和新增长点。从高速增长向高质量发展、从制造大国向制造强国转变的核心要义是自主创新,要从产业扶持政策、产权制度改革、对外投资并购等方面促进制造业从要素驱动转向创新驱动。 China has entered the post-industrial era,that requiring the manufacturing industry to change to innovation-driven,fostering a number of advanced manufacturing clusters in the world,and upgrading at the global value chain.At this stage,China is in the critical period of optimizing the economic structure and shifting the driving force of its economic growth.The manufactures of China promote an integration of artificial intelligence and manufacturing industry,an innovation lead industrial clusters,to cultivate advanced manufacturing industries,and form new impetus and a new economic growth pillar.The transformation from a high-speed growth to a high-quality development is depends on the domestic innovation.It is necessary to promote the manufacturing industry from factor-driven to innovation-driven by industrial support policies,property rights reform,foreign investment and mergers and acquisitions.
