摘要
为改善船舶汽轮机调节阀门气动性能,改善阀门小开度下振动噪声特性,提出了一种新型阀门结构,该阀门结构由球型阀及静流元件构成。静流元件为一其上均布小孔的厚壁筒状件。设计了3组试验样件,对球型调节阀阀门本体及分别加装3组静流元件后的阀门进行了气动及振动噪声性能试验,分析了开孔数目不同的静流元件对阀门气动性能及振动噪声特性的影响。试验结果表明:阀门加装静流元件后,流量特性曲线发生较大变化,在阀门全升程范围内均具有调节特性,对小开度下阀门的振动噪声有较大程度改善,但与传统阀门相比,静流元件调节阀的气动损失增大。
A new type of valve structure has been proposed in this paper to improve the aerodynamic performance and vibration & noise performance of marine steam turbine control valve.The valve structure consists of a spherical valve and a quiet flow element.Quiet flow element is a thick tubular part with uniform holes.3 sets of samples are designed and experiments have been conducted with these samples with the spherical valve,as well as the spherical valve without quiet flow element.The influence of quiet flow elements with different number of holes on the aerodynamic performance and vibration & noise performance of control valve has been analyzed.Experimental results show that the aerodynamic performance has been greatly changed which has regulation characteristic in full valve lift,and the vibration & noise performance are also greatly improved under the small opening condition.However,there is a larger aerodynamic loss compared to traditional valves.
