摘要 国内首次完成了燃气-蒸汽联合循环热电联产机组用150 MW大功率同步自动离合器产品的研制。其安装在汽轮机高中压转子与低压转子之间,用以实现低压转子的自动"解列"和"并列",从而使汽轮机能够在凝汽、抽凝、背压3种运行模式下自由切换。阐述了同步自动离合器的功能及技术指标、总体结构设计,并对关键传扭部件进行强度分析。在国内首次制造了额定功率150 MW、额定转速3 000 r/min的全尺寸实物样机,设计和搭建了专用试验台,开展了全面的同步自动离合器功能试验,试验结果证明所研制的大功率同步自动离合器符合设计指标及功能需求,填补了该项技术的国内空白。 In china,we have completed the development of synchronous automatic clutch product of gas and steam combined cycle for the first time.The clutch is installed between the high pressure rotor and low pressure rotor,and used to make the low pressure rotor connected or disconnected,so that the steam turbine can switch from mountain to mountain in three operating modes:condensing,extraction and back pressure.This article reports the function,technical index,overall structure and critical torsional component stiength analysis of high-power synchronous automatic clutch.And for the first time the full-size physical prototype of 150 MW and 3 000 r/min is manufactured domestically.And the special test-bed is designed and the experimental test is carried out for the comprehensive function of synchronous automatic clutch.Test results show that the developed high-power synchronous automatic clutch meets the design and functional requirements,filling the domestic blank of the technology.
