摘要
探讨技术进步约束下的区域产业生态化建设。设计了以区域间产业技术的双向溢出融合为内涵的区域产业技术发展策略,以区域内各个城市产业发展的市场因素、政策因素为条件,构建了项目层面的区域产业空间布局调整的仿真分析模型,并以模型为基础分析了不同技术融合方式下区域产业布局的经济、生态空间均衡性。结果表明,区域间不同类型的技术融合约束条件在有效提升产业经济效益的同时,仍然能有效控制污染排放的增长;技术融合对地区产业的排放-产出弹性具有显著影响,且相比于注重产业经济效益以及均衡型这两种技术融合方式,以产业能耗特征为参考的技术融合在有效提升产业产出的同时,仍能增强产业空间布局的经济、生态协调性。
The ecological construction of regional industry under the constraints of technological progress was discussed.Taking the bidirectional technology spillover efficiency between regions as the connotation of technology convergence,a simulation and analysis model about the progress of regional industrial layout adjustment in project level were constructed.The regional industrial policy and market factors are taken as industrial development conditions.Based on the model,the economic-ecology equilibrium of the regional industrial space layout under different types of technology convergence was analyzed.The results show that technology convergence can have a significant influence on regional industrial emission-output elasticity,can promote the industrial economic benefits of industry,and can effectively inhibit industrial pollution emissions.Compared with the technology convergence focusing on industrial economic benefits and the balance type,the technology convergence taking industry energy consumption characteristics as a reference can effectively improve the industrial output and enhance economic-ecology coordination of industry layout.
