摘要
基于5G毫米波测量需求,从暗室吸波材料面临的新挑战出发,综述了蜂窝吸波材料基体材质的发展历史及蜂窝吸波材料的研究现状,以及开放空间和密闭空间中吸波材料耐功率测试方法的优缺点。开放空间的耐功率测试方法主要对材料局部进行测试,材料的温度监控受环境影响较大;封闭空间的耐功率测试能对材料整体进行功率辐射和温度监测,较好地反应了材料在真实高功率环境下的情况。
The article based on requirement of 5G millimeter wave measurement and challenges of absorber used in chamber,summarize the development of honeycomb absorber matrix and the research status of honeycomb absorber,as well as the merits and demerits of high-power test method with open space and enclosure space.Open space high power measurement focus on local part of absorber and the temperature monitoring is affected by around environment.Whereas the enclosure high power measurement gives an integral radiation and temperature monitoring,which can reflect absorber in real environment.
