摘要
当前对小学生的负荷监控与运动调适主要是依靠教师教学经验和主观判断,利用物联网技术对小学生的体育教学进行实时负荷监控与个性化运动调适对于提高体育课教学效果有积极意义。文章试图面向小学体育课堂,建构基础体育教学负荷监控与运动调适系统,以心率数据作为负荷监控与运动调适的主要标准,提供实时、直观的学生个体及整体心率监测,同时进行数据分析,通过自适应学习提升负荷监控与个性化运动调适分析能力,对实际教学作出指导,协助教师提高体育课堂教学效果。
At present,we rely on PE teachers’ experience and judgment to monitor pupils’ exercise load and after-class physique adjustment. Conducting real-time exercise load monitor of elementary schools’ PE teaching and individualized after-class physique adjustment by using the Internet of Things would exert positive influence on the effect of PE teaching. This paper tries to build a basic exercise load monitoring and after-class physique adjusting system for PE class in elementary schools targeted at elementary school PE classes. It takes the data of heartbeat as the main standard for exercise load monitoring and after-class physique adjustment,provides real-time and visual heartbeat monitoring for individual students and students as a whole and delivers data analysis at the same time. Meanwhile,through adaptive learning,it helps to improve the ability to conduct exercise load monitoring and individualized after-class physique adjustment,gives advice for actual teaching and assists teachers to enhance the effect of PE teaching.
