摘要
幼儿教师的知识分享不仅能够促进教师个体的专业发展,还能促进教师群体专业水平的提高。幼儿教师知识分享既面临教师知识分享意愿低落、知识分享能力不足、同事间缺乏人际信任的阻碍,还受到幼儿园的管理模式、组织气氛、物质支持的影响。在分析上述影响因素的基础上,文章提出了促进幼儿教师知识分享的可行措施:制订知识分享的激励制度,构建幼儿教师专业发展共同体,改革幼儿园组织结构,营造合作开放的组织气氛,打造知识分享的技术环境。
Knowledge sharing of preschool teachers can not only promote the professional development of the individual teacher,but also improve the professional level of the whole group of preschool teachers. However,preschool teachers’ knowledge sharing is not only hindered by teachers’ low willingness to share knowledge,insufficient ability to share knowledge and lack of interpersonal trust among colleagues,but also affected by the management mode,organizational atmosphere and material support of kindergartens.Based on the analysis of the above factors,this paper puts forward some feasible measures to promote the knowledge sharing between preschool teachers, including setting up incentive system for knowledge sharing, constructing the professional development community of preschool teacher,fostering a cooperative and open organizational atmosphere,and creating technological environment to promote preschool teachers’ knowledge sharing.
