头颅柔性线圈在功能性磁共振成像中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价头颅14通道柔性线圈在血氧水平依赖功能磁共振成像(BOLD fMRI)中的价值。方法招募11例正常健康志愿者,使用同一磁共振仪、同一成像序列,先后采用头颅24通道硬质线圈、14通道柔性线圈、16通道硬质线圈成像,序列包括3D T1WI、左侧足三里穴电针刺激下任务态BOLD fMRI。获得图像信噪比及主观评分,进行统计学分析。BOLD fMRI图像通过软件分析后处理。结果在3D T1WI、BOLD fMRI图像中,14通道柔性线圈和24通道硬质线圈的信噪比均高于HNC16线圈。在3D T1WI图像中,14通道柔性线圈、24通道硬质线圈和16通道硬质线圈的主观评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。左侧足三里穴位电针刺激后表现为右侧颞中回、额中回、额下回、左侧岛叶脑功能活动增加,左侧额中回及海马旁回脑功能活动减低。14通道柔性线圈与24通道、16通道硬质线圈比较,脑功能活动增加的脑区主要为右侧颞中下回及额下回。结论头颅14通道柔性线圈可以获得与24通道硬质线圈相仿的图像质量,并可进行相关的BOLD fMRI磁共振检查。 【Objective】To explore the value of the 14-channel flexible head coil in the task-state blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging(BOLD fMRI) during the electroacupuncture stimulation at the point of left Zusanli(ST36).【Methods】Eleven volunteers were recruited. The magnetic resonance(MR) exams were separately performed with 24-channel hard head coil(HC24), 14-channel flexible head coil(AHC14) and 16-channel hard normal head coil(HNC16) on the same 1.5T MR equipment and with the same sequences including three dimensional T1 WI and task-state BOLD fMRI acupunctured at ST36 point. The images were analyzed including signal to noise ratio(SNR) and subjective scoring. The statistical analysis was performed. The data of BOLD fMRI was processed by Statistical Parametric Mapping(SPM) software.【Results】The SNR of 3D T1 WI and BOLD f MRI with AHC14 and HC24 was higher than HNC16, and there was significant difference. There was no significant difference in the subjective scoring of 3D T1 WI. By acupuncture at left ST36, the positive activated brain areas included right middle temporal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus and left insula, and the negative activated brain areas were the left middle frontal gyrus and parahippocampa gyrus. In contrast with HC24 and HNC16, the right middle and inferior temporal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus were positively activated in AHC14.【Conclusion】AHC14 can get the images which show the same quality with HC24. AHC14 can be performed for BOLD fMRI and the satisfactory images are obtained.
