摘要
随着当前对城市生态环境的日益重视,基于城市风热环境优化的规划研究实践逐步受到重视和推广。鉴于目前国内外针对城市山前地区的城市设计尚未形成完善的基于风热环境优化的方法,为改善山前地区的风热环境品质,研究将"风热"要素引入常规城市设计的技术方法,提出建立"山·城共构"的风、热优化总体思路,重点构建"风热"与"视觉"耦合的校验模式,并创建"宏观层-空间层-导控层"的方法体系,为气候要素在城市设计中的应用提供技术平台;最后以广州市白云新城多个阶段的城市设计为例,综合采用CFD模拟技术,重点用实验论证"风热"与"视觉"的不同耦合模式的校验方法,探索建立在量化、实证基础上山前地区风热环境优化的城市设计方法。
With the increasing emphasis on the urban ecological environment, the planning research based on optimization of wind and thermal environment gradually gains more attentions. Given that there is not yet mature urban design method based on optimization of the wind and thermal environment in mountain-city in the world, this paper introduces the "wind and thermal elements" into the conventional method of urban design in order to solve the problems of ventilation and heat dissipation in city’s mountain area. It proposes an overall "Mountain-City Design Framework(MCDF)"to optimize the wind and ther mal environment with the emphasis laid on building a coupling model between "wind-heat" and "visual effect", in addition, it establishes a methodological system composed of "macro-level, spatial-level, guidance-level", which provides a platform for the application of climate elements in urban design. In the end, the paper uses the different version of Baiyun New Town Urban Design as examples to verify the different coupling mode of "wind-heat" and "visual effect", and to explore the MCDF based on optimization of wind and thermal environment.
