摘要
政府、高校、企业是对文化创意人才培养影响最大的三个要素,但三方的影响作用需要通过文化创意人才自身的“催化”来实现,通过在文化创意人才培养中引入第四维--创意者,本文在胜任力理论指导下,借助三螺旋创新理论的理论架构与互动机制,初步建构了以激发人才创意潜能为核心,涵括政府、高校、企业和创意者四个子系统的互动的文化创意人才的“树形培养模式”,并探讨了“树形培养模式”在实践中的应用。
Government,Universities and Enterprises are three most affected elements of cultural creative talents cultivating,but the influence of the three parties need cultural creative talents as "catalyst".By introducing the fourth dimension-creatives-into cultural creative talents cultivating,the paper based on the competency theory,by the theoretical framework and interaction mechanism of triple helix model,preliminary constructs "tree cultivating model"."Tree cultivating model"stimulates the creative potential of talents as the core,including the interaction of government,universities,enterprises and creatives,and discusses the application of "tree cultivating model"in practice.
