摘要
目前,自动售货机的无线通信技术大多基于GSM短信和4G网络,而GSM通信速率低,4G网络通信算法复杂度较高,不利于物联网自动售货机的广泛推广。针对上述问题,设计了以STM32为控制器的物联网自动售货机系统,使用低功耗芯片ESP8266进行信息的无线收发,利用WiFi传输取代自动售货机传统的无线传输方式。实验结果表明,该系统无线收发功能稳定,数据传输快,且该设计降低了硬件成本,简化了软件算法,可满足物联网自动售货机及时通信以减少故障损失、提高用户购买体验的需要。
At present, the wireless communication technology of vending machine is mostly based on GSM short message and 4 G network.But GSM‘s low communication rate and 4 G network’s high algorithm complexity are obstacles to the wide spread of Internet of things vending machines.To solve above problems, a vending machine system with STM32 as the controller was designed. The low power chip ESP8266 was used for wireless data transmission, so that WiFi transmission replaced the traditional wireless transmission method. The experimental results showed that the system had stable wireless transmission function, fast data transmission.The design reduced the hardware cost and simplified the software algorithm. It could meet the need of timely communication of Internet of things vending machines in order to reduce the cost of failure and improve the user′s purchase experience.
