摘要
针对大型齿轮旁置测量过程中的找正需求,设计了一套PSD无线数据采集传输系统。整个系统由数据采集发送端、数据接收端和上位机构成。数据采集发送端和数据接收端均采用STM32 F103RCT6作为控制核心,无线通信则采用2.4 G传输方式,并选用nRF24L01作为收发芯片。分别开发了采集发送端、接收端和上位机程序。最后对所设计系统进行了实际测试,实验结果显示,系统采集数据不确定度优于±1μm,PSD采集数据的总体线性度误差和分段线性度误差分别为0.268%、0.157%、0.063%和0.074%,满足其实际使用要求。
A wireless data acquisition system is designed for the alignment demand during the side measurement process of the large gear. The whole system consists of the sender of data acquisition, the receiver of data acquisition and host computer. Both the sender and receiver of data use STM32 F103 RCT6 as the control core. The wireless communication adopts 2.4 G transmission mode, and nRF24 L01 is selected as the transceiver chip. The procedure of the sender and receiver of data acquisition and host computer are developed respectively. Finally the thesis carries some experiments on the test of the design of system,the experimental results show that, an uncertainty of the data from the system is than±1μm. The overall linearity error and piecewise linearity error of the data collected by PSD were 0.268%, 0.157%, 0.063% and 0.074% respectively,and it meets the actual application requirements.
