摘要
以15种市售抗风湿类中成药为研究对象,采集研究样品的红外光谱图(FTIR),用判别分析法(Discriminant Analysis),建立了抗风湿类中成药中吡罗昔康的快速筛查模型。模型的性能指数为88.1,稳定性良好。用此模型检测了13种市售抗风湿性中成药,结果表明,阴性样品和阳性样品的识别正确率为100%,误判数为0。
A method of rapid screening of piroxicam in anti-rheumatic Chinese medicine is developed.Taking 15 kinds of anti-rheumatic Chinese medicine as objects,the recognition model of piroxicam is established using FT IR combined with discriminant analysis.The performance index of the model is 88.1 with a good stability.This model was used to detect 13 commercial samples and the results show that the correct recognition rate was 100% and the miscarriage of justice was 0.
