摘要
利用高效节能的管式反应器来脱出热法磷酸中的砷,以五硫化二磷作为脱砷剂,主要考察流速和五硫化二磷的加入量对脱砷效率的影响,并通过响应曲面法对热法磷酸脱砷的工艺条件进行了研究。研究结果表明,实验值和检测值相近,可以用拟合模型对热法磷酸的脱砷效率进行分析和预测,以确定最佳的工艺条件,为管式反应器脱砷大型的生产提供依据。
This work adopts high-efficient and energy-saving tubular reactor to remove arsenic in the thermal process for phosphoric acid.By using phosphorus pentasulfide as the dearsenifying agent,velocity and additive mount of phosphorus pentasulfide were mainly taken into consideration in this work.Meanwhile,process conditions of dearsenifying of thermal process for phosphoric acid were also investigated by employing response surface approach.The results showed that the experimental values are similar to the testing values and the fitting models could be applied to analyze and predict the dearsenifying efficiency of thermal process for phosphoric acid in order to determine the most qualified process conditions,therefore the theoretical basis for the large-scale production of dearsenifying tubular reactors can be provided.
