急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者血清miR-1-3p、H-FABP检测水平及与冠状动脉病变程度的关系 被引量:7

The relationship between the levels of serum miR-1-3p and H-FABP and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction

摘要 目的:探讨急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者血清微小RNA-1-3p(miR-1-3p)、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法:选取我院心脏科冠状动脉造影正常患者55例为对照组,STEMI患者85例为STEMI组,并将STEMI患者分为单支病变组27例,双支病变组26例,三支病变组32例。检测各组血清miR-1-3p、H-FABP水平、丙二醛(MDA)与血脂指标含量,包括总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。计算STEMI组及其3个不同病变支数组的Gensini评分,分析各参数间的相关性。结果:STEMI组血清miR-1-3p水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而H-FABP水平显著升高(P<0.05);双支病变组与三支病变组血清H-FABP水平与Gensini评分均显著高于单支病变组(P<0.05),而miR-1-3p表达水平显著降低(P<0.05);三支病变组血清H-FABP水平与Gensini评分均显著高于双支病变组(P<0.05),而miR-1-3p表达水平显著降低(P<0.05);miR-1-3p与H-FABP呈显著负相关且均与MDA及血脂指标存在显著相关性(P<0.05);miR-1-3p与Gensini评分呈显著负相关(P<0.05),H-FABP与Gensini评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:STEMI患者冠状动脉病变严重程度与miR-1-3p水平降低、H-FABP水平升高有关,二者呈负相关并可参与疾病进展过程。 Objective:To investigate the relationships between the levels of serum micro RNA-1-3 p(miR-1-3 p)and heart type fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP)and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Method:55 patients with normal coronary angiography in our hospital were selected as control group,85 cases of STEMI patients were selected as group STEMI,in which 27 cases were in single branch lesion group,26 cases were in double branch lesions group and 32 cases were in three branch lesions group.The levels of serum miRNA-1-3 p,H-FABP,malondialdehyde(MDA)and serum lipid indexes were measured,including total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),and low density lipoprotein(LDL).The Gensini scores of group STEMI and their groups of different lesions were calculated,and the correlations between the parameters were analyzed.Result:The serum level of miR-1-3 p in group STEMI was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),while the serum level of H-FABP was increased significantly in group STEMI when compared with that in control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum H-FABP and Gensini score in the double branch lesions group and three branch lesions group were significantly higher than those in the single branch lesion group(P<0.05),but the expression level of miR-1-3 p was significantly lower in the double branch lesions group and three branch lesions group compared with those in the single branch lesion group(P<0.05);the serum HFABP level and Gensini score in the three branch lesions group were significantly higher than those in the double branch lesions group(P<0.05),while the miR-1-3 p expression level was significantly lower in the three branch lesions group(P<0.05);miR-1-3 p was significantly negatively correlated with H-FABP,and they were both correlated with MDA and blood lipid indexes(P<0.05);there was a significant negative correlation between miR-1-3 p with Gensini score(P<0.05),and H-FABP was positively correlated with Gensini score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The severity of coronary artery disease in STEMI patients is related to the decrease of miR-1-3 p level and the increase of H-FABP level,and the two are negatively correlated and can participate in the progression of the disease.
