三聚磷酸钠对醋酸酯淀粉反应效率的影响及工艺优化

摘要 使用乙酸乙烯酯为乙酰化试剂,考察三聚磷酸钠(STPP)对醋酸酯淀粉性能的影响,并通过响应面设计优化实验方案。结果表明,添加3%STPP制备的醋酸酯淀粉,反应效率同比增加25.95%;采用三因素三水平的Box-Behnken响应面试验设计方法,考察反应pH、反应温度、反应时间对醋酸酯淀粉反应效率的影响,结果显示所得回归模型显著。最佳制备条件:反应pH 9.83,温度29.3℃,时间60min,得到反应效率理论值为88.54%。在所得条件下进行三次平行试验验证,得到反应效率实际值为87.39%。红外光谱分析显示,在波长1720cm-1附近出现酯键(-C=O)的特征吸收峰,在波长1000 cm-1附近无磷酯键(-P)的特征吸收峰,说明淀粉中接入了乙酰化基团但未接入磷酯键基团。 In this paper,the effect of sodium tripolyphosphate(STPP)on acetate starch properties using vinyl acetate as acetylation reagent was studied. In addition,the optimization of the process was carried out via response surface design. The results showed that the reaction efficiency of acetate starch increased 25.95% by adding 3% STPP. The effects of reaction pH,reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction efficient of acetate starch were investigated by Box-Behnken response surface design. The results showed that the regression model was well fitted. The optimum preparation conditions were :reaction pH 9.83,temperature 29.3 ℃,and reaction time 60 min. The theoretical value of reaction efficiency was 88.54%. Three parallel tests were performed for verification,and the actual value of the reaction efficiency was 87.39%. Infrared spectroscopy analysis indicated that a characteristic absorption peak of ester bond(-C=O)appeared near the wavelength of 1720 cm^-1,and there was no characteristic absorption peak of phosphorus ester bond(-P)near the wavelength of 1000 cm-1,indicating that acetylated groups was grafted onto starch but not the phosphate ester groups.
