摘要 目的:探析P-B法在进行尿沉渣检测时区分白细胞和肾小管上皮细胞中的应用价值。方法:将2013年9月至2014年9月期间在四川省人民医院肾脏内科住院治疗的70例肾病患者的70份新鲜尿液标本作为研究对象。对这70份新鲜尿液标本分别采用S-M法、S法、P-B法和自动分析仪进行尿液有形成分检测。然后,比较使用这四种检测方法区分这些尿液标本中白细胞与肾小管上皮细胞的准确度、灵敏度和特异度。结果:与使用S-M法、S法和自动分析仪相比,使用P-B法对这些尿液标本中的白细胞与肾小管上皮细胞进行区分的准确度、灵敏度和特异度均更高,P<0.05。结论:P-B法在进行尿沉渣检测时区分白细胞和肾小管上皮细胞中的应用价值较高,可作为鉴别诊断各类肾病的首选检测方法。 Objective: To explore the application value of p-b method in distinguishing leukocytes from renal tubular epithelial cells in urine sediment detection. Methods: 70 fresh urine specimens of 70 patients with nephropathy who were hospitalized in the nephrology department of sichuan provincial people’s hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected as the study subjects. The 70 fresh urine samples were analyzed by s-m method, S method, p-b method and automatic analyzer. Then, the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of these four methods for distinguishing white blood cells from renal tubular epithelial cells in these urine samples were compared. Results: compared with the s-m method, S method and automatic analyzer, the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the p-b method to distinguish the white blood cells and renal tubular epithelial cells in these urine samples were higher, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the p-b method is of high value in distinguishing leukocytes from renal tubular epithelial cells in urine sediment detection, and can be used as the preferred method for the differential diagnosis of various types of nephropathy.
