摘要
为了解决BaZr_(0.1)Ce_(0.7)Y_(0.2)O_(3.δ)(BZCY)陶瓷电解质烧成温度高和电导率低的问题,本文采用固相反应法制备了BZCY粉体,采用压制成型、高温煅烧的方法制备了BZCY电解质,并研究了其物相组成、烧结性能和电学性能。研究表明,添加适量的NiO烧结助剂有助于降低BZCY电解质的烧成温度,同时可显著提高其电导率。当烧结助剂添加量为1%时,电导率最大,在700℃空气气氛下达到2.8×10^(-2)S·cm^(-1)。
In order to resolve the problems of BZCY ceramic electrolytes including high sintering temperature and low electrical conductivity,BZCY powders were synthesized by a solid state method.BZCY ceramic electrolytes were fabricated by pressure molding and high temperature sintering, and the phase composition,sintering and electrical performance were studied in this paper. The results show that both the sintering and electrical performance can be improved by adding adequate NiO. The optimum NiO addition amount is 1%,and the according electrical conductivity of BZCY electrolytes reaches up to 2.8×10^-2S·cm^-1 measured at 700℃.
