摘要
建筑业作为碳排放的重要来源,是我国实施节能减排的关键领域。从低碳建筑的全寿命周期视角出发,分为设计、施工、运营及拆除4个阶段进行碳排放核算。构建了低碳建筑全寿命周期评价体系,将低碳监管融入到全寿命周期过程;根据人员消耗、化石能源、电能等3种主要的碳排放因子,建立低碳建筑全寿命周期的CO2排放核算模型;在政府实施碳税政策背景下,基于作业成本法建立了CO2排放成本核算框架,对住宅、商业建筑、工厂厂房、办公楼、会展中心、学校等6种不同类型低碳建筑项目进行全寿命周期评价,并运用0-1混合整数规划模型分析了建筑投资商的项目组合选择问题。
As one of the largest sources of carbon emission,the construction industry is facing increasing pressure to reduce carbon emission. This study employs life cycle assessment(LCA)method to quantify CO2 emission by using the main emission factors at design,construction,operation and decommissioning phases. This paper first establishes the life cycle assessment system of low-carbon buildings,in which the low-carbon regulation is integrated into the whole life cycle process. Secondly,according to three kinds of main carbon emission factors including human consumption,fossil energy and electricity,the CO2 emission accounting model for low-carbon buildings is established. Finally,a draft framework of the carbon emission accounting method is presented to evaluate the low-carbon construction projects including residential,commercial,factory,office,exhibition center and school buildings based on Activity-Based Costing and LCA methods. Then,the 0-1 mixed integer programming model is used to study the portfolio selection for six low-carbon buildings under the guidance of the government’s low-carbon policy.
