摘要
目的了解上海市临港地区孕妇对碘相关知识的知晓程度,为孕期改善碘营养状态提供科学依据。方法选取2017年5～9月上海市第六人民医院东院进行妊娠期检查的孕中期孕妇402例,发放调查问卷,孕妇现场填写问卷,完成后立即收回。结果共完成402份调查问卷,问卷回收率100.00%。402例孕妇中,碘营养知识总知晓率45.65%(1 835/4 020),孕妇孕期碘营养行为总知晓率66.77%(1 342/2 010)。小学及中学、大专及本科、硕士及博士碘营养知识问卷人均得分分别为(8.16±2.23)分、(8.95±2.32)分、(10.15±2.02)分,差异有统计学意义(F=12.201,P<0.01)。小学及中学、大专及本科、硕士及博士碘营养知识与行为总知晓率分别为54.37%(734/1 350),59.69%(1 710/2 865),67.64%(487/720),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=34.521,P<0.01)。结论上海市临港地区孕妇碘营养知识知晓率低,缺乏对碘营养的正确认识。普及碘营养相关知识和矫正碘相关行为,有助于孕期预防碘缺乏或碘过量引起的相关疾病。
Objective To understand iodine related knowledge and behavior of pregnant women in Lingang district of Shanghai and to provide evidence for improving the iodine supplementation of pregnant women. Methods A self-designed on-site questionnaire survey was conducted among 402 pregnant women who visited Eastern Hospital of Shanghai Sixth People′s Hospital in Shanghai for a routine antenatal checkup from May to September 2017. Results Among 402 pregnant women,the overall awareness rate of iodine related knowledge and behavior was 45.65%and 66.77%,respectively.The scores of iodine related knowledge and behavior varied significantly among pregnant women with different level of education background,which were the highest among women with master and doctor′s degree and the lowest among women with only elementary and middle school education,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusions The overall awareness rates of iodine related knowledge and behavior of pregnant women are relatively low in Lingang district of Shanghai,therefore it is very important to educate pregnant women with iodine related knowledge to prevent iodine related health issues during their pregnancies.
