摘要
由于存在普遍的能源贫困状况,非洲被称为"黑暗大陆"。尤其是撒哈拉以南非洲,能源贫困问题长期制约着社会经济的发展。在气候变化和能源贫困的双重挑战下,以"非洲可再生能源倡议"为引领,非洲正努力融入全球新能源体系,为中非可再生能源合作创造了广阔的发展空间。凭借可再生能源领域的全球领先地位,中国企业在"照亮非洲"的事业中扮演着重要角色。中非可再生能源合作不仅产生了广泛的社会经济利益,而且形成了多赢的利益格局,对于促进非洲向低碳能源体系转型、实现可持续发展做出了积极的贡献。
Africa is known as the"dark continent"because of widespread energy poverty. Especially in Sub-Saharan Africa,the issue of energy poverty has long restricted social and economic development. Facing the dual challenges of climate change and energy poverty,Africa is striving to integrate into the global system of renewable energy with the support of the Africa Renewable Energy Initiative,creating a broad space for Sino-African cooperation on renewable energy. With a global leading position in the field of renewable energy,Chinese companies are playing an important role in the course of "illuminating Africa". Sino-African cooperation on renewable energy not only has generated widespread social and economic benefits,but also formed a win-win interest pattern,which has made positive contributions to promoting Africa’s transition to a low-carbon energy system and achieving sustainable development in Africa.
