摘要
在清代,长随是官员雇佣的私人仆役,主要负责行政事务上的跑腿、打杂。作为活跃于官场的小人物,长随在史料中留有多样且极具反差的历史面相。对于其所引发的诸多弊病,清帝虽认知全面,却囿于种种原因而形成相对单一的处置模式——要求官员自行约束长随。清代长随长期存在且其弊病始终得不到真正解决的根源,就在于清代官员与长随所形成的控制与反制关系,以及由此产生的长随的正当与非正当权力。可以说,这种游离于体制之外的虚幻权力,俨然成为清代长随的长存之道。
In the Qing Dynasty,the servant was the private servitor employed by the officials,who was mainly responsible for the running errands and miscellaneous activities in administrative affairs.As the active "little people"in the official field,the servant had many rich and different historical faces in historical materials.Although clearly aware of the maladies,the emperor formed a relatively single mode of disposal due to various restrictions--requiring the officials to restrain their servants.So,why did the servant of the Qing Dynasty exist for a long time?Why were the servant's maladies never.really solved?The root of the problem lies in the control and counteraction relationship between the officials and the servant group,as well as the legitimate and illegitimate power of the servant.It can be concluded that this illusory power,which was unshackled by the feudal system,had become a long-term way of living of the servant.
