摘要
目的:对不同产地灯台七药材品质进行评价,并分析其与土壤因子的相关性。方法:使用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地灯台七中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ的含量,并建立其特征指纹图谱。采用5种不同的方法测定不同产地的土壤因子,并采用多元逐步回归分析其品质差异与各土壤因子之间的关联。结果:不同产地灯台七中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ含量具有差异性;各产地指纹图谱相似性较高;灯台七中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、重楼皂苷Ⅱ含量与土壤中的速效磷呈明显正相关。结论:灯台七的品质指标重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ与土壤因子有一定相关性,但每种之间又有差异。采用多元逐步回归分析法对影响灯台七品质的土壤主导因子进行的筛选,为灯台七人工栽培过程中的合理施肥提供可靠的依据。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis( Franch.) Hara from different areas,and analyze the correlation between the quality and the soil factors. Methods: The contents of polyphyllinⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ in Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis( Franch.) Hara from different places were determined by an HPLC method,and the characteristic fingerprints were established. The soil factors in different areas were detected by using 5 different methods,and the association of the quality and the soil factors was analyzed by using multiple stepwise regressions. Results: The contents of polyphyllinⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ in Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis( Franch.) Hara from different places had notable differences. The similarity of the fingerprints was high. There was a significant positive correlation between the contents of polyphyllinⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ in Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis( Franch.) Hara and the available phosphorous P in soil.Conclusion: The quality index of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis( Franch.) Hara is related to the soil factors,and there are differences between the herbs from various habitats. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis can be used to screen out the dominant soil factors affecting the quality of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis( Franch) Hara,which provides reliable basis for the rational fertilization in artificial cultivation process of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis( Franch) Hara.
