摘要
白及Bletilla striata (Thunb) Reichb. f.为多年生草本兰科植物,其块茎为我国传统中药,具有收敛止血、消肿生肌等功效。近年来白及外用制剂研发与临床应用发展十分迅速,主要代表性液体制剂有洗剂和涂剂等,固体制剂有散剂、膜剂和涂膜剂等,半固体制剂有乳膏剂、凝胶剂和栓剂等。本文通过检索文献,从制剂研发、用法和功效等角度对白及相关外用制剂进行综述,以期为了解白及外用制剂研究与临床应用现状、促进白及类药物资源开发利用提供参考。
Bletilla striata(Thunb)Reichb.f.is a perennial herbaceous plant,and its tuber is a traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the external preparations containing Bletilla striata are widely focused on experimental research and clinical application.The main representative liquid,solid and semisolid preparations containing Bletilla striata include lotions,liniments,dispersants,membranes,films,creams,gels and suppositories,etc.In the study,the advances in development,usage and efficacy of the external preparations containing Bletilla Striata were summarized in order to provide a new insight for the exploitation of Bletilla Striata in future.
