摘要 按照2018年全国教育大会"完善评价机制,深化教育改革"的要求,高考定位需要转变:不仅是强调区分的选拔性考试,还是素质教育中的关键环节。新时代的高考以立德树人为根本任务,以公平科学评价人才为主要使命,积极引导和促进教与学,与之共同实现德才兼备、全面发展的育人成才目标,并助力学生学业减负增效及教育教学提质达标。"一核四层四翼"高考评价体系的构建与实施,将使高考真正成为德智体美劳全面发展的教育体系的有机组成部分,发挥教育指挥棒和改革龙头的正向作用。 In response to the call of the 2018 National Education Congress for "improving the assessment mechanism and deepening the education reform",and the orientation of the college entrance examination has to be adjusted accordingly-the college entrance examination is not just a selection tool that emphasizes discrimination,but also a key element in calibre-oriented education.In the new era,being part of the fundamental task of building strong moral character,the college entrance examination spares no effort in accomplishing its main mission of assessing talents both fairly and scientifically.In the meantime,to help provide a satisfactory education for all,it strives to promote quality teaching and learning in hopes of not only collaboratively helping achieve the goal of cultivating all-round talents with both ability and integrity,but also reducing student workloads as a result of improved teaching and learning efficiency.The building and implementation of the so-called "one-core,four-layer and four-wing" evaluation system will not only make the college entrance examination truly become an integral part of the education system aimed at all-round development of students that integrates morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor,but also enable the examination to play a positive role in guiding the new round of education reform.
