摘要
基于十字连接锻件的结构分析,针对其尺寸精度要求高、加工余量少、大部分均为非加工面、金属体积分配与成形困难的特点,分析和设计了十字连接锻件的模锻工艺方案,并设计了锻模及校正模。采用DEFORM-3D对工艺和模具进行模拟分析,验证了设计的合理性,并通过工艺试制发现材料利用率达到81. 2%,产品合格率达到99%以上。批量生产获得了满足图纸要求、精度及质量稳定的锻件。结果表明,采用自由锻制坯和模锻相结合的工艺可一火成形复杂类的十字连接锻件,采用阻力墙设计可解决该类锻件的充不满及折叠等缺陷,获得成形效果良好的锻件,数值模拟方法可有效提高产品开发成功率。
Based on the structural analysis of cross connector forgings,the die forging process scheme was analyzed and designed,and the forging dies and correction dies were also designed according to the characteristics of high dimensional accuracy,small machining allowance,mostly non-machined surfaces and difficult in metal volume distribution and forming. Then,the process and die were simulated and analyzed by DEFORM-3D,and the rationality of the design was verified. Furthermore,it is found that the material utilization rate reaches81. 2% and the product qualification rate reaches 99%. Finally,the forgings with stable precision and quality were produced by the batch production to meet the requirements of drawings. The results show that the complex cross connector forgings can be formed in one heat by the compound process of free-forging blanking and die forging,and the problems of insufficient filling and folding for this forgings can be solved by the design of resistance wall. Thus,the forgings with good forming effect are obtained,and the success rate of product development is improved effectively by the numerical simulation method.
