摘要
采用穿孔法、干燥器法、气候箱法和密闭箱法四种方法测试胶合板、刨花板和细木工板三类人造板材的甲醛散发浓度。结果表明,当采用穿孔法、干燥器法和气候箱法三种测试方法时,三类板材之间的甲醛浓度测试值差异大,没有可比性,且对同类板材甲醛浓度测试值变化趋势也不同,不具有可比性。对比密闭箱法与气候箱法,对刨花板测试值可比性好,变化趋势一致。区别于气候箱法,密闭箱法测试装置简单、成本低、周期短。
The emission of formaldehyde from wood-based panel with different test method is studied in the article. There are three different types of wood-based panel tested by four common methods, perforator method, desiccator method, chamber method and closed chamber method. The measurements of formaldehyde emission from plywood, particleboard and block board were obtained by the above methods. According to the testing results, the results have no direct correlation for three different types of panels and the same type. Compared to chamber method, the closed chamber method, which similar to practical building environment, eliminates the time consuming and expensive equipment. And for particleboard, there is a good relation between two chamber methods.
