350 MW汽轮发电机定子铁芯声音超限故障处理分析

摘要 某电厂1号350 MW机组投运以来,先后经历过一次大修,一次小修。2016年7月开始逐渐出现机组负荷大于300 MW时发电机本体运行中定子铁芯声音超限现象,随着机组的连续运行,声音越来越大而且有逐渐上涨的趋势,如不及时消除此故障,有可能对发电机本体造成无法估计的损伤。针对这种情况,通过对发电机运行期间工况的全面分析研究后,拟定了一种解决方法,结合1号机组计划停机检修进行处理,避免了对发电机本体造成损伤事件的发生。 Since 1# 350 MW unit in one power plant was put into operation,successively experienced a overhaul,minor repairs at a time. Begin to appear load in July 2016 when more than 300 MW generator stator core in the operation of the ontology voice transfinite phenomenon,with the continuous operation of the unit,louder and has a rising trend,if not eliminate the malfunction in time,likely unable to estimate the damage of ontology of generators. For this kind of situation,through the comprehensive analysis of the generator operation conditions during research,proposed a solution,combining unit 1 planned downtime repair process,avoid the happening of the damage incident of generator ontology.
